Culinary uses: Perhaps the most widely used herb worldwide.
The delicate and light foliage of coriander has a characteristic sharp and penetrating aroma. Added only a few leaves chopped chicken, lamb, fish, seafood and vegetable dishes given a special 'touch' . In addition, coriander goes well with fresh souces, guacamole and fruits like pear and mango.

It is best added toward the end of cooking, to better preserve its flavor.

Medicinal Uses: This aromatic plant contains linalool, pinene, terpenes and flavonoids. It is one of the most popular food plants in India, and the leaves are used to curry dishes. It is beneficial for digestion, enhances male sexuality and helps fight stress.
