Fruit elongated shape and green skin when ripe, it becomes golden yellow with black spots. It has a white flesh, compact and soft. The taste is soft, but sweet and pleasant, with low acidity. The banana importation is bigger and not as tasty as the canary.

Trivia: Since the Malay Peninsula and adjacent islands still exist in the wild. It is therefore considered this area as the area of origin of this species. The water content of the banana reaches 74% of its total mass, hence feeding value in tropical countries with shortages of drinking water. Thus, in these countries, the banana, in addition to feeding, it helps to pass the thirst. For many inhabitants of tropical countries, the banana represents the same as rice Chinese or wheat for Europeans, their main food.
Preparation and consumption: In general, the banana is eaten raw, but in some countries is baked. They can be eaten fried, but doing so will lose water and vitamins. Can also be used to make smoothies, ice cream or salads. The banana combines well with milk. Provides four times more iron than this, but the milk provides two times more calcium than the banana.
